The Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Measure out all of your fresh ingredients
Step 2
In a blender, add your water and the juice of 2 limes
Step 3
Begin to add your walnuts and garlic cloves first
Step 4
Place all of your fresh greens inside and the rest of your lime juice
Step 5
Add in your avocado and thyme
Step 6
Blend until all of the walnuts and garlic cloves are no longer visible add in your oil at the same time
Step 7
When the sauce is at the cohesive consistency add in your seasonings 1 tablespoon chili flakes, 1 tablespoon pepper, 1 and ½ tablespoons salt blend until fully incorporated
Step 8
Add to your cooked pasta and serve
