No-churn easy Matcha vegan ice cream.
Here it uses one of specific whipping cream, “Flora Professional Plant 31%” in Netherlands, for a promised result but it can be replaced.
Use premium quality matcha if possible for a flavour and colour.

Step 1
Whip the cream with sugar.


Step 2
When whipping cream is done very stiff, add condensed milk, matcha powder and salt, mix with medium speed untill we’ll combined. Do not over mix.



Step 3
Pour in an ice cream container, freeze for 4-6hours.
