Step 1
Slice chicken breasts. Preheat oven to 425. Get a cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray.
Step 2
Set out three shallow bowls for breading station. In the first bowl, add corn starch. In the second bowl with the eggs and almond milk. In the third bowl mix the almond flour, flaxseed, chai seed and part, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Dredge one chicken, tender in the corn starch until fully coated. Shake off any excess before dipping in the egg coat well with almond flour, blend place on baking sheet and repeat to me the slices.
Step 4
Bake chicken for 20 minutes. While chicken bakes combined the mayonnaise, honey, and dill in a small bowl and stir together.
