Instructions
Step 1
Add cookies to a blender or food processor and blitz until it’s a fine crumb.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth & creamy. Start with 1/4 cup milk then gradually add until it reaches your desired consistency.
Step 3
Stir through a few crushed biscuits if you prefer a crunchy version. Transfer to a jar & keep stored in the fridge.
Step 4
It will firm up in the fridge but you can melt in the microwave for 10-20 seconds so it’s spreadable.
