Ingredients

½ cuppeanut butter

¼ cuptahini

½ teaspoonsea salt

1 teaspoonhoney

1 tablespoonmaca powder
optional

4 tablespoonscoconut flour

½ cuproasted peanuts
roughly chopped

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix together the peanut butter, tahini, sea salt, and honey. Sift in the maca powder (if using) and the coconut flour. Mix until well combined
Step 2
Place in the freezer for at least an hour to firm up. Roll into balls using a tablespoon. Place back in freezer while you make the chocolate
Step 3
Put a baking tray lined with baking paper in the freezer
Step 4
For the chocolate, whisk together all of the ingredients in a bowl, except the cacao powder. Add the cacao powder gradually, ensuring a smooth glossy mix
Step 5
Take the balls and the baking tray out of the freezer. Dip the balls into the chocolate, place on the chilled baking tray, then immediately sprinkle with the roasted peanuts. Return the tray with the balls to the freezer for about 30 minutes, to set
Step 6
Store in airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months
