If you love Coriander/Cilantro you need to try this fresh and zesty coriander pesto - you won't be able to stop! Perfect for dipping, I like to serve mine up with greek-style yogurt, some extra flakey salt and big chunks of toasted bread!

Step 1
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz together - not too smooth there should still be some chunks. Scrape down the sides a few times and run the food processor again til you reach your desired consistency. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
