Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C

Add butter, sugar and vanilla extract to a bowl

Add flour and baking powder

Add oats, raisins and cinnamon

Mix thoroughly, then roll into flattish balls (about 1½ inches in diameter)

Lay out on baking tray with baking paper, making sure no balls touch and have sufficient room
