Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange halved peppers in an ovenproof dish. Mix all other ingredients well and stuff the peppers.
Step 2
Cover dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Remove foil, cover peppers in grated cheese, and return to oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
