For iron deficient people, my use here with this simple to make salad, raises your iron if used as a regular meal additive.

Step 1
take stems off baby spinach

fry low fat bacon until crispy
Step 3
seperate into small pieces
Step 4
shred mozzarella cheese

break each leaf of spinach into bite sized pieces

in a bowl;

mix spinach leaves, bacon crumble,

and renee's salad dressing

mix well, then add mozarella shredded cheese

while doing this, bake at 350 degrees F the bread, with

marg/butter (garlic butter) top with garlic powder and

poultry seasoning.
Step 13
When baked to dark gold, take out and let harden.
Step 14
when cooled, cut into small pieces (your own croutons)

mix well with lots of renee's ceasar dressing

according to taste (i use the whole large jar.)
