Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°
Step 2
Sluce sausage into 1 inch pieces and cook in large skillet over medium-high heat
Step 3
Cut croissants in half and arrange as close as possible in lightly greased baking dish
Step 4
Spread provolone and most 1.5 cups of cheddar on bread.
Step 5
Bake for about 5 minutes until cheese starts to melt
Step 6
In a large mixing bowl add eggs and milk. Whisk until blended
Step 7
Add cooked sausage ontop if melted cheese then cover with egg mixture
Step 8
Bake about 15 minutes until egg cooked through
Step 9
Remove from oven and add remaining cheese and top of croissants. Lightly spray bread with butter
Step 10
Bake for another 5 minutes until bread is slightly toasted
Step 11
Remove pan and let sit for about 10 minutes then cut into sandwiches and serve or store in fridge
