Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In large bowl combine first six ingredients and soft very well
Step 3
In separate bowl combine last three ingredients whisk until the mayo is completely smooth
Step 4
Pour wet into dry and stir until just combined
Step 5
Immediately pour into a greased mini muffin pan and bake for 20 mins
Step 6
Let sit for 10 mins to cool
