Thyme Dijon Chicken

Such a delicious chicken dish. I used leg/thigh attached but you can use one or the other, just reduce cooking time by 5-10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°

Get a large baking dish and place chicken inside

In small bowl, combine olive oil, mustard and garlic powder. Brush that all over chicken

Lay the thyme on top and sprinkle with black pepper.

Bake for 45-50 minutes until tender and cooked through. Remove thyme and serve
