🌙Ramadan Series: Nutella Stuffed Cookies This recipe makes 8-10 stuffed cookies depending on your size. You can make them without Nutella as well and it will make about 15 normal chocolate chip cookies :) I learnt this recipe from many years ago and she has loads more delicious recipes on her page. Be sure to check her out! ❤️ Chocolate Chip Cookies: Ingredients: 150g butter melted 100g sugar 125g light brown sugar 1 medium British Lion egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 300g plain flour 1/2 tsp baking soda (aka bicarbonate of soda) 200g milk chocolate chunks 8 tsp Nutella or any chocolate spread Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 160C 2. On plate with baking paper, scoop in tsp of Nutella in small balls and place in the freezer for an hour or till completely frozen 3. In a large bowl, add melted cooled butter along with white and brown sugar. Mix till well combined 4. Crack the egg and vanilla extract in and whisk up till egg is well incorporated 5. Add in the plain flour and baking soda. Mix well till dough has formed 6. Add in the chocolate chunks and then cover with cling film and refrigerate for a minimum of 15 mins 7. Take a scoop of the cookie dough and one frozen Nutella ball, place it in the centre of the dough and cover completely 8. Bake in the oven for 12 mins. Baking times may vary depending on your oven but once the cookies start to become light golden from the edges, remove from the oven as the cookies will continue to cook once out. Cookies may look under done but that will set and become chewy and gooey! 9. Allow the cookies to cool down for 15 mins before tucking in!
