Instructions

Step 1
Line a baking sheet then add 6 tbsp of Nutella and freeze it for about 20 minutes

In a large bowl whisk the softened butter then add the sugars until combined and whisk in the egg and vanilla

Sift in the flour cornstarch and baking soda and a pinch of salt then use a spatula to bring the cookie dough together . Add mixed chocolate chips or just one kind and then put the dough in the fridge for one hour to chill

Divide the dough into six put a frozen Nutella piece in the middle ( maybe use gloves as it can be a little messy if your kitchen is warm ) fold the dough over then bake in the oven at 175 c for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool slightly then serve . Enjoy !
