Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl whisk together flour, baaking powder and all the spices
Step 2
In another bowl combine butter and sugar, whip it up a bit and then add molasses and an egg and mix it up again
Step 3
Add the dry mix into the wet and just combine it
Step 4
Optional: You can add some crystallized ginger chopped up
Step 5
Bake them very briefly for about 8 minutes at 375°F/190°C
