The cookies are the perfect treat for the holidays (or really any time)! They are soft, chewy, and full of ginger flavour. Pro tip: Add about a tsp of water to your measuring cup when pouring the molasses. This will make it easier to transfer it to the bowl.

Roll the dough into balls. Then, roll in granulated sugar.
