Chewy Ginger Molasses Cookies
7 steps
Prep:15minCook:8min
The cookies are the perfect treat for the holidays (or really any time)! They are soft, chewy, and full of ginger flavour.
Pro tip:
Add about a tsp of water to your measuring cup when pouring the molasses. This will make it easier to transfer it to the bowl.
