Instructions

Step 1
Arrange tomato around a large serving plate, and place the ball of mozzarella in the middle. Slice a cross section in the middle of the cheese in order to let the middle spill out a bit. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top, as well as fresh basil, and a hefty drizzle of olive oil.
Step 2
Let sit of a few minutes before serving in order for the tomatoes to soak up the flavours around it.
