Add roughly sliced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to the whole tomatoes, mix well and roast.

Step 2
Add tomatoes on the serving plate and please half of the burrata on top of them. Add one tsp of fig jam and drizzle with honey on top of the burrata. Sprinkle with pinenuts and if you wish, you can add 1 basil leaf for decoration. NOTE: Don't plate tomatoes too much in advance since the juices can drain and ruin the visual of the plate. =)
