Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot or saucepan add in the cranberries, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and water.
Step 2
Place on high flame and bring to a boil.
Step 3
When it starts to boil reduce the flame to medium and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Turn off the flame and strain the juice through a sieve into a large bowl or pitcher, Let it cool down slightly then transfer to a refrigerator to chill.
Step 5
Serve cold with or without ice, enjoy!
