Instructions
Step 1
In a medium pot, add the cranberries and water on high heat then simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Strain the cranberries, and return the cranberry juice to the pot.
Step 3
Add 1/4 cup of honey, or maple syrup, or sugar on medium heat, stirring consistently until dissolved.
Step 4
Allow the cranberry juice to cool. Place in the refrigerator, or add ice cubes to a cup and pour over to enjoy.
