Ingredients

½ cuprolled oats
1 tablespoonchia seeds
2 tablespoonsvanilla protein powder
or chocolate
¼ cupplain greek yogurt
¼ cupalmond milk
adjust as needed
1 tablespoonhoney
or maple syrup, adjust to taste
½ teaspoonvanilla extract
salt
¼ teaspoonground cinnamon
adjust to preference
2 tablespoonscarob chips
1 tablespoonnuts
chopped, like almonds or walnuts
Instructions
Step 1
In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.
Step 2
Add the plain Greek yogurt to the jar.
Step 3
Pour in the almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.
Step 5
Sprinkle the carob chips on top of the mixture and gently press them in.
Step 6
Seal the jar or container and refrigerate it overnight, or for at least 4-6 hours.
Step 7
In the morning, give the oats a stir. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a splash more almond milk.
Step 8
Top with your choice of chopped nuts for an added crunch.
