Leaven
Step 1
- mix together yeast, flour, sugar and water
- cover it with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place


Dough

- preheat oven for 250°C with baking sheet in it
- in a bowl mix flour, salt, cumin, fennel seeds, potatoes, vinegar, leavened yeast, and water
- use a mixer for that
- when the dough is thoroughly mixed, dust it with flour and let it rise until it doubles in size
- we make a loaf out of the dough and leave it to rise as well
- put the loaf on a heated baking sheet and brush it with salt water
- the bread is baked for 15 minutes at 250°C, then the temperature is lowered to 200°C (the loaf is smeared with salt water again) and baked for 35 minutes
- after baking, take the bread out of the oven and sprinkle it with salt water, let it cool down and you can eat it
