8 steps
Prep:15minCook:1h
πI donβt know about you but in my house we tend to eat bananas like crazy and I canβt seem to keep them in the house. Then Iβll buy another bundle on my next shopping trip and nobody wants one.
So every other time I get stuck with a bunch of brown bananas.
What is a budgeting mom supposed to do??
MAKE (chocolate chip) BANANA BREAD, of course! π«ππ

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325F and line a 9Γ5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugars until you reach a paste-like consistency.
Step 4
Add in your mashed bananas, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla.
Step 5
Once all of your wet ingredients are mixed together, mix in the dry ingredients. Then, fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the extra chocolate chips on top if you like.
Step 7
Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Step 8
**Let it cool completely before removing from the pan. Store at room temperature in an air-tight container. I like to put mine in the fridge though because sometimes I like it cold
