Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix garlic, olive oil and salt.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 4
Spread garlic on baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 5
Bake 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven), stirring half way through.
Step 6
Bake till golden brown and soft.
Step 7
Mash roasted garlic into a paste. Combine it with butter, parsley and crushed red pepper. Mix till smooth to make compound butter.
Step 8
Cut crusty bread in half horizontally. Optional: Cut into 6 inch pieces.
Step 9
Generously spread compound butter onto bread.
Step 10
Bake at 400F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and crispy. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
