Instructions
Step 1
Combine all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt and mix until we’ll combined.
Step 2
Add softened butter to flour mixture. Use a fork or pastry cutter to mix in butter.
Step 3
Add buttermilk to mixture. The dough should be somewhat sticky. Note: If you don’t have buttermilk, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to regular milk and let sit for about 3 minutes. It works just as well as regular buttermilk.
Step 4
Fold in the shredded cheddar and shredded Parmesan cheese until we’ll combined.
Step 5
Spoon out 1/4 of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes at 450 degrees.
Step 6
Combine melted butter, fresh chopped parsley, and garlic powder.
Step 7
Place biscuits on a cooling rack and brush with butter mixture.
