Instructions

Step 1
Put macaroni in a large mug then add a pinch of salt and pepper and cold water then mix . Microwave on full power for 3 minutes stirring half way through

Step 2
Most of the water should be evaporated from the macaroni . Now add milk and cornstarch and stir until smooth . Add paprika garlic powder hot sauce and cheese . Stir then sprinkle a little more cheese on top with the green onions
