Ingredients

For the base:
1 cupoat flour
1 ⅓ cupsground almonds
¼ cupflaxseeds
or coconut, optional
4 Tbspcoconut oil
3 Tbspmaple syrup
or any liquid sweetener of choice

For the caramel:
Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix all the cookie dough ingredients together.
Step 2
2. Press the dough into the container and put in the freezer for 1-2 hours
Step 3
3. Blend all the caramel ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Step 4
4. Lay date caramel on top of the hardened cookie dough layer and top it up with toppings of choice (nuts, seeds...)
Step 5
5. Pop in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Step 6
6. Slice and enjoy (If you wish, put melted chocolate on top)
