Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Step 2
Stir together lemon zest, garlic, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, and ghee in a bowl.
Step 3
Add shrimp to that mixture to coat well.
Step 4
Place shrimp in a single layer on pan and roast until shrimp are brown.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, combine PAM spray and hot sauce.
Step 6
Once shrimp come out of the oven, add them immediately to the bowl of hot sauce mixture and toss to coat.
