Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F
Step 2
Melt the butter and add to a baking dish

Add in the garlic, seasonings, shrimp and lemon juice and zest. (Reserve sone lemon juice for serving) Mix together.
Step 4
Bake 10-15 minutes until the shrimp are pink throughout.
Step 5
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and more lemon juice
Step 6
Serve with a baguette to mop up the lemon butter sauce, or over pasta or rice
