Instructions
Step 1
After cleaning and seasoning your 4-5 chicken breast, place them in a lightly oiled pan and cook until juicy and tender (add a splash of chicken broth to the pan and allow it to cook down, flipping occasionally). Once the chicken is done, cut and shred it as much as desired.

Step 2
Cut potatoes into quarters and add into a pan with olive oil. Cook until tender. Once potatoes are fully cooked, add in mixed vegetables, a splash of chicken broth (if you have some), season and let it cook until vegetables are cooked to your liking.

Step 3
To a pot, add the potatoes and mixed vegetables, the chicken breast, 2 cans of condensed chicken soup (or cream of chicken soup) and heavy whipping cream. Mix well, season with your favorite seasonings and allow the flavors to simmer together. Add more whipping cream for a lighter, thinner filling and less for a thicker, tanner filling. Add more condensed chicken soup for a thicker filling.

Step 4
Pour filling into a baking dish. Unravel the crescent roll dough and place on top of the filling, being sure to close any holes on the surface. Use additional can of dough to create crust around the edges and to fill any gaps or holes. If preferred, add dough on the bottom and top of pan.

Step 5
Baste with melted butter and bake in the oven at 350 degrees until golden brown. Turn the oven down to 240 degrees and let the food sit for an additional 10 minutes to ensure dough is cooked evenly. Once cooked, serve and enjoy!
