Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Step 2
In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside

In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter (cooled), milk, oil, eggs, vanilla, and sugar.
Step 4
Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mix.
Step 5
GENTLY mix in the chocolate chips and raspberries until just combined.
Step 6
Drop the batter into the muffin tins using a scooper/spoon.
Step 7
Bake at 400 for 12 minutes, then reduce the heat to 375 WITHOUT opening the oven and bake for 11 more minutes.
Step 8
