Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Won't go stale after 1 day.
Small Cookie - 30 g dough, 1 oz (29 g) cooked
Large cookie - 60g dough , 2 oz (58 g) cooked

Ingredients

1 cupbutter
cold

1 ¼ cupsbrown sugar

0.75white sugar

2eggs
room temp is best, but not a huge deal if they're cold

2 tspvanilla

3 cupsall purpose flour

1 ¼ tspbaking soda

1 ¼ tspsalt

1 ½ tspcorn starch

2 cupssemi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Step 1
Add butter and sugars to stand mixer. Beat until combined.
Once combined add eggs, mix at high speed for 2-3 minutes until it's fluffy. Slow mixer and add vanilla.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, add flour, salt, baking soda and corn starch. Whisk. Turn mixer on slow and add dry ingredients. Don't add all flour. Add chocolate chips to the remaining flour, and toss to coat. Then add the remaining flour and chocolate chips to the better and combine.
Step 3
Use a cookie scoop and add to a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 380 degrees. 10 minutes cooling on baking sheet, move to a cooling rack.
