Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the bread ingredients together, knead until combined. let rest for 10 min, then come back and knead again for five min. repeat until the dough is elastic and smooth (I did this three times)

cheese powder3 Tbsp
Step 2
Cover and let the dough rise until doubled in size
Step 3
In the meantime, make the cream cheese filling and cheese mixtures
cream cheese8 oz
sugar2 Tbsp
heavy cream1 Tbsp
heavy cream½ cup
cheese powder3 Tbsp
Step 4
Divide the dough into 16 pieces and roll each into a ball.
Step 5
Roll out each ball into a flat sheet, place 1 or 2 tbsp of the cream cheese filling in the center and wrap it up.
Step 6
Place the balls in a baking tray, cover and let rise again for 30 min.
Baking Rack
Step 7
Pour over the cheese mixture, top with additional cheese if you’d like, and bake at 350 for 25-30 min or until all the liquid has evaporated.
