Instructions
Step 1
Layer button of pan with strips of tortillas
Step 2
Pour 1 can of pie filling and sprinkle with cinnamon
Step 3
Repeat until all 3 cans are in the dish.

Spread filling evenly.
Step 5
Cover top with straps of tortillas
Step 6
On the stove top melt one stick of butter and mix in 1 cup of brown sugar. It will be separated but that's ok.
Step 7
Cover the top of the cobber evenly with the mixture
Step 8
Cook at 350 until bubbling.
Step 9
Make sure that butter has reached the bottom I stick a spoon in there and pull the aides back so it falls deeper in the dish.
Step 10
Then sprinkle the top generously with cinnamon sugar and put back in the oven until the top is as toasty as you would like.
