Buffalo Chicken Roll Up

Instructions

Step 1
In a crockpot, add your chicken, 1 and 1/2 packets of ranch seasoning (reserve the rest for later) cream cheese, and buffalo sauce
Step 2
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or night for 3 to 4 hours
Step 3
Once the chicken is fully cooked, use a hand mixer to shred the chicken and mix everything together until a creamy sauce is formed
Step 4
Set your crockpot aside and preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

On a greased cookie sheet, roll out your pizza dough. I just use rectangle shaped premade dough
Step 6
Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the pizza dough
Step 7
Top with shredded cheddar cheese
Step 8
Tightly roll the dough long ways. Scan the QR code to see a video of how I rolled the dough

Once rolled, melt your butter and add remaining ranch seasoning to the melted butter

Spread butter and seasoning mixture over the dough

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-20 minutes
Step 12
Let it cool and then cut it into 2 inch slices
Step 13
I like to garnish mine with parsley flakes and serve with ranch
