Healthier Parmesan Ranch Chicken

A healthier base option for my mom’s ranch crusted chicken that also makes for a perfectly seasoned entree all on its own!

Instructions

Step 1
Optional but recommended: Slice chicken into strips and marinate in milk/buttermilk for 20-30 minutes before baking.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 425 F
Step 3
Combine Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning in a large mixing bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Step 4
Slice each chicken breast into 3 tenders. Add chicken to ranch mixture and stir to coat. Make sure each piece of chicken is thoroughly coated!
Step 5
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and place chicken on sheet.
Step 6
Sprinkle pepper over chicken and top with the grated Parmesan.
Step 7
Place chicken in the oven and bake for 30 minutes (or until cooked through).
