Easy Homemade Ranch Dip
Instructions
Step 1
In a medium sized shallow baking dish, make a few slits in the chicken with a knife, to allow marinade to seep through. Marinate the chicken tenders with Ontario whole milk, pickle juice, hot sauce, granulated garlic, paprika, and salt. With clean hands, mix everything through until evenly coated. Cover tightly and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours, overnight for best results.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare a large sheet pan with parchment. Drizzle 2 tbsp of vegetable oil evenly. Set aside.
Step 3
In a large shallow dish, place the crushed nacho chips. Shake off the excess of the chicken tender and press it into the crushed nacho chips on both sides until coated well. Line up the chicken tenders evenly on to the prepared sheet pan. Drizzle another 2 tbsp of vegetable oil on the tops. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through the baking time.
Step 4
Serve with an easy homemade ranch dip by whisking together milk, yogurt, ranch seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
