Step 1
Add 1 tbsp of butter to a mug and microwave for 20 seconds crumble a digestive cookie or graham cracker into the mug and mix

In a separate bowl add broken chocolate and the other table spoon of butter and melt for about 30 seconds then stir until smooth

Step 3
Add the flour baking powder and cocoa powder and and stir to combine then add the egg and maple syrup . Use 2 tbsp of brown sugar if you have no maple syrup . Mix until it’s a smooth dough then pour the dough over the biscuit base in the mug .

Step 4
Add 5 mini marshmallows ( the very small ones ) then stir them into the chocolate dough then add the other five for the topping and push them gently in. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at 800 watt . To serve I like to add some cara make sauce and some more crumbled cookie on top
