Step 1

Wash your crab and remove all the yucky parts(mouth, gills, etc)

Step 2

Cut into 4 pieces
Step 3

Put in lemon water for 30mins and drain water

Step 4

Mix the ingredients









Step 5

Pour the sauce into crab, mix and store in the fridge for 1 day
Step 6

Eat with white rice and sesame oil!
