Step 1
Toast two slices of bread.
Step 2
Spread on a thick amount of vegan ricotta or cream cheese and top with some arugula, slices of fig.
Step 3
In a small bowl mix together equal parts maple syrup and balsamic vinegar.
Step 4
Use a spoon to drizzle on top of figs, add a pinch of flakey salt on each one and top with roasted pistachios!
