Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Add plantain chips, pumpkin seeds, and nuts to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the oil on top and add the Noble Made Classic BBQ seasoning. Toss to coat and combine fully.
Step 3
Add the seasoned mixture to the baking sheet and spread out in a single layer.
Step 4
Bake for 10-15 minutes flipping halfway or until the nuts are lightly toasted and not burnt.

Let cool completely before storing.
