Instructions
Step 1
1. Drain chicken or make your own using your preferred method.
Step 2
2. Add all ingredients to a bowl.
Step 3
3. Divide into 2 servings.
Step 4
4. To make the wrap - add 1/2 the chicken salad and 30 G fat free cheddar cheese to a warmed up low carb wrap (heat for 30 seconds on each side).
Step 5
5. Optional: crisp up until golden brown (~2 mins each side on medium high heat) on a comal using oil spray.
