Spicy Tuna Crackers
Makes for the perfect light lunch or little snack.

Ingredients
- 2 Tin Tuna
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1/4 red onion
- 2-3 gherkins
- 1 tbsp capers, chopped
- 1 cap, white wine vinegar
- Few jalapeños
- Small bunch dill
Garnish
- Avocado, I have 1/2 and avo spread over three crackers
- Few cucumber slices
- Fav crackers, rice cake, bagel or pita. I’m just using
- Chilli flakes
- Extra dill
- In use the
no drain tuna (just creates less mess and doesn’t spill gross tuna water everywhere and also is good quality tuna)
- Finely dice the red onion, gherkins, capers, jalapeños and dill,
- Mix everything together in a bowl, check the seasoning. Be cautious with your salt as capers already provide a slightly saltiness.
- Load onto your favourite cracker, bagel or pita and enjoy.
Keeps in the fridge for 2 days. Also a great salad topper.
