Good herb combo. I would maybe put them on a rack to bake them in the oven. The bottom side got soggy. I did one with a tortilla wrap just to see how it was and I definitely did not like it. The lavash wrap is much better. I would add something else to give it more flavor- Maybe a little pinch of cayenne pepper or paprika or something. I did add Dill, pink salt, and black pepper but it doesn't seem to do a lot of difference for the flavor. I might also do some actual garlic powder in it
