Ingredients
12 servings

20lady finger cookies
1 x 15 ozcan of peaches in syrup

1can sweetened condensed milk
1can whole milk
use sweetened condensed milk can to measure

1 Tbspcorn starch

2egg yolks

¼ tspvanilla

2egg whites

4 Tbspsugar

1 cantable cream
Instructions
Step 1
Cover the bottom of a 9"x13" dish with lady fingers after briefly passing them in the peach syrup.

Step 2
In a pot, dissolve the corn starch in the milk, combine it with the separated egg yolks, vanilla and condensed milk. Cook over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken. Let it cool and then pour over the lady fingers




Step 3
Cover the soaked lady fingers with the sliced peaches.

Cover and refrigerate over night

Step 5
Mix the 2 egg whites in a bowl until firm and add a tbsp of sugar periodically until each is dissolved. Mix until firm




Step 6
Turn off the mixer and add the table cream slowly folding it into the egg white mixture being sure to maintain its texture.

Step 7
Place on top of the previous layers and refrigerate for at least an hour
