Whenever I get a nugget sharebox I want to finish the whole thing! But the McDonald’s 20pc box has nearly 900 calories 😅 and over 45g fat!
This COPYCAT version I made is inspired by the Spicy McNuggets🔥 has over double the protein for 2/3 the calories and just 8g fat!
Serves 1: 🍽️ (makes 15-20 nuggets depending on how big you make them, I made them quite large)

Step 1
preheat oven to 180° celsius
Step 2
Add the chicken mince to a bowl with 1 Tsp of each seasonings. mix with hands until well incorporated
Step 3
In a blender cup add the rice cakes with another Tsp of each seasoning and blend into fine crumbs. Pour those out onto a plate.
Step 4
In a new bowl add egg whites and sriracha and mix to combine
Step 5
shape out 15-20 nuggets from your chicken mince
Step 6
dunk them one by one in the wet mixture followed by the dry mixture. Make sure they are full coated in the crumbs.
Step 7
Place them onto a baking rack and give them a quick spray of cooking oil. Then bake or airfry for 15 minutes.
