Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425f. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with non stick cooking spray


Step 2
In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs, oregano, thyme, salt and mustard

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs

Step 4
Dip the chicken strips into the eggs and then into the bread crumb mixture, tapping off any excess coating.
Step 5
Place the chicken tenders in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until the chicken is golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
