Sweet Chili Chicken Thighs

Baked Sweet Chili Chicken thighs that are juicy and tender every time! Incredibly easy, under 15 minutes, and great to meal prep to get your protein in.👇🏼 - Chicken: • 6-8 chicken thighs (boneless, skinless) • 1 tsp olive oil • 1 tsp salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder • Squeeze of 1 lime - Sweet Chili Sauce: • 2-3 tbsp hot sauce • 1 tbsp honey • 1 tbsp water • 1 tsp chili powder • 1 tsp chili flakes • 1 tbsp stevia (or any sweetener) • 1 tsp minced garlic (optional) - Baking Time: • Bake in the oven at 450°F for 15 mins or airfry at 390°F for 13 mins. Times will vary depending on the size of your chicken. You should be looking for an internal temperature of 165°F to know it’s fully cooked. - Notes: • You may also use chicken breast or bone-in chicken thighs. However, baking times will be different. • Serve with rice, potatoes, salad and more! You could also add it to a wrap or make a sandwich! • Crack a bit more salt and pepper on top of your thighs before baking to help add more texture to the crust and a burst of flavour • Make the sauce in a batch and bottle it up in the fridge to use for anything you like! - Yields: • 6-8 chicken thighs (boneless skinless) - Calories/Macros (per thigh of 8): • approx. 145 calories • 22g protein • 5g fat • 3g carbs - Numbers may slightly vary depending on the brands and ingredients you use - -
