Instructions

Step 1
Grease a 9x5 loaf pan and preheat the oven to 350.
Step 2
Slightly strain pumpkin using a paper towel to squeeze some liquid out (not all!!!)
Step 3
Whisk together the beaten eggs, melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, and strained pumpkin.
Step 4
Whisk in the vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla.
Step 5
Gently fold in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
Step 6
Pour batter into a 9x5 loaf pan, making sure it is evenly spread out.
Step 7
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Step 8
Let cool and enjoy!
