Ingredients

6 cups blueberries
6 cupsblueberries
⅓ cup sugar
⅓ cupsugar
⅓ cup brown sugar
⅓ cupbrown sugar
2 ½ Tbs lemon juice
2.5 Tbslemon juice
1 Tbs corn starch
1 Tbscorn starch
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tspcinnamon
1 boxVanilla White cake mix
1 x 16 ozZero sugar Spirit soda
Butter Squares
if needed

2 Tbs sugar
2 Tbssugar

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Lightly spray 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 3
Spread berries in an even layer over the bottom of the pan.
Step 4
Add the dry cake mix over the top.
Step 5
Slowly pour the soda over the top of the cake mix, making sure you moisten nearly all of the dry mix. This will give you your crust.
Step 6
DO NOT STIR – if you stir you will have a top more like cake- not crust.
Step 7
Bake 45-60 minutes watching closely after the 45 min mark – allow it to brown on top.
Step 8
If you want it really brown you can broil the top for a couple minutes.
Step 9
Remove & allow to cool slightly before serving.
Step 10
We prefer ours with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top
